We are service providers for participants on the NDIS. We also work privately with clients who need domestic cleaning, personal care, meal prep, going to appointments and out in the community, and companionship. Contact our head office to discuss further.

A passion for caring and helping others

Our comprehensive suite of professional services caters to a diverse clientele, with physical, neurological, psychosocial and other disabilities, who need help with personal care, daily living, domestic, lawns and yard, community access, assistance to find a job, tenancy advice, and more…

Personal Care

We have professional males and females who are trained to assist you in the bathroom with bathing, grooming, getting dressed, toileting, and whatever personal help you might need.

No need to feel embarrassed, just feel good to get everything done.

Domestic cleaning and lawn care

Do you need help with cleaning your house?

Do you need help with laundry, sorting cupboards, general tidying up?

You need the windows and fans done as part of spring cleaning?

The lawns are getting overgrown or your garden is full of weeds?

Daily Living Skills

We can offer you cooking classes, cleaning classes, budgets and how to manage money. We can also get you into learning to read classes, and teach you how to communicate to others so you can be as self sufficient as possible.

Community Access

Do you need help getting to your doctor appointment? Would you like to go out with your family for lunch? Do you want to do an activity like horse-riding or bowling?

These are all things our staff can assist you with. We can drop you off, or come with you in case you need help. If you want to take a drive, or go on a train ride to the city, you can.

Psychosocial Recovery – Mentoring

Recovery coaching is very similar to counselling. It is usually done by people with lived experience and/or education. Our Support Coordinator has worked in mental health, counselling, homelessness, youth, community services, and has many years of experience helping people work their way through their bad experiences and learn positive coping skills to manage their emotions.

STA / RESPITE / VACATION CARE

We have a beautiful brick home on the border of Rothwell and Deception Bay. It has air conditioning in the living areas and every bedroom, It is low-set brick, easy access, the garage has been turned into a games room, we have a pool table, Ping-Pong table, basketball hoop, and are only a couple of blocks from the ocean and a gorgeous walking path that goes through “Fairy Way”.

If you need a break away, or your carers are on holidays and you require supports, come to our house. We include support workers, food, and activities in the price, and we don’t charge the full rate as per NDIS guidelines.

We also offer vacation care services over the school holidays for both disabled children and non-disabled children. All our staff are police checked, have their Blue card, NDIS Worker Screening.
